The Steven R. Jenkins Co. is a warranty repair station for both MagLite maglite.com and Streamlight streamlight.com.
Both Streamlight and MagLite offer lifetime warranties on their flashlights, other than the bulbs and batteries. This means that both companies will replace the switches (the only moving part) for as long as you own the device.
This warranty does NOT apply to damage from battery leakage. If your flashlight was ruined by battery leakage, contact the battery manufacturer for instructions on shipping the flashlight to them; the battery manufacturer will generally send you a brand new replacement flashlight with new batteries.
If you have a AA or AAA model MagLite, please call us at 800-652-8244 and we will send you a service kit, at no charge, with instructions. This will be not only faster, but also save you the cost of shipping the light to us.

Be sure to include your name, return address, and daytime phone number, along with a description of the problem. It is not necessary to send a copy of the purchase receipt.
Your flashlight will usually be returned to you within 2-4 weeks unless a special part is required.
Additionally, we are master distributors for both MagLite and Streamlight, and we stock not only their flashlights, but also a full assortment of accessories.
